Chevron Federal Credit Union Youth Services
Chevron Federal Credit Union recognizes the need to teach children about money management at an early age. For this reason, we have initiated three youth programs: CFCU Newborns for children up to 12 months old, Looney Tunes Savings Club for children 1 to 12 years old and CU Succeed for teens.
Our youth project includes tools to help improve financial literacy by teaching budgeting skills and sharing information about different saving options. We also offer information on scholarships, including a scholarship through CFCU, and a variety of cool links, which include fun Web sites and homework help!

CFCU Rewards Youth Deposits
Chevron Federal Credit Union has established two new programs, Treasure Chests and Quarterly Contests, to encourage our youth members to consistently make deposits into their CFCU accounts.
Treasure Chests are available at our main office and in all of our branches for members between the ages of 1 and 12. When a member in this age group makes a deposit into their CFCU account, he or she may choose a fun prize from the Treasure Chest!*
Quarterly Contests are open to members ages 18 and under. Each time a member in this age range makes a deposit into their account, the member will receive a raffle entry into the Quarterly Contest for a gift card to a different vendor each quarter (movie theatres, toy stores, etc.).**
Quarterly Contests will take place in March, June, September and December of each year. The raffle tickets will be collected during the two months prior to the drawing, and there will be one winner from each branch and one from the main office. We will draw the winners' names on the first business day after the end of each quarter.

*Limit one prize per visit. Parents making deposits on behalf of their children may choose a prize for their child. Members who make deposits into youth accounts via ATMs, Shared Branches or PC Access may email youthdeposits@chevronfcu.org with the member's name and date of deposit for a prize mailed from the Treasure Chest. Members who make youth deposits via the mail will also be mailed a prize.

Student Package
CFCU is pleased to announce a package designed specifically for college students, where we'll give you $50!***
We help start the student out with a membership/savings account by making the $25 deposit into that account. If the student chooses to open a checking account and applies for our Student Auto Loan or Student VISAź Card, CFCU will also then make the initial deposit of $25 into the checking account!
CFCU's Student Auto Loan and Student VISAź Card were developed to help students establish credit and build a brighter finanical future.

***Membership/savings account offer limited to new student members ages 18-22 who meet the membership criteria. If the membership account is closed within the first 12 months, the member will forfeit the $25. The $25 deposited into the checking account will not be held. Existing student members who meet the criteria for this promotion are also eligible for the $25 deposit into the checking account, when they apply for a Student Auto Loan or Student VISA Card. New members must be eligible for membership with CFCU. Students must be enrolled in a minimum of 6 units per quarter/semester. Other restrictions may apply.
