Several members have reported receiving fraudulent automated telephone calls stating that their Credit Union Debit card is blocked. The call asks that you enter your Debit card number and security information.
These calls are part of an identity theft scam called vishing (Voice Phishing). Please do not give out your Debit card information if you receive one of these calls.
The Credit Union does not use an automated outbound dialer system for the purpose of account verification, and we would never ask for your Debit or Credit Card information in this manner.

If you have fallen victim to this type of scam, please notify us immediately so we can take action to prevent and/or address fraudulent account activity.
