PC Access Has Been Upgraded

Your security is important to us, so we are pleased to announce that a security upgrade for PC Access Online Banking/Mobile Banking was launched the evening of February 18.

The first time you log in after the upgrade, use your member number and existing password. You will then be prompted to complete the following two steps:
1. Create More Secure Login Information

After you log in to PC Access when the upgrade is completed, you will be prompted to update your User ID to meet the following new criteria:

Must be between six and 20 characters
Must contain at least one letter
Can contain numbers and/or these special characters: @ $ * _ - = . ! ~

You will also be prompted to update your password if it does not meet these criteria:

Must be between six and 32 characters
Must contain a combination of:
• Letters and numbers
• or Letters and special characters
• or Numbers and special characters

2. Get a Verification Code to Register Your Computer or Mobile Device

After the upgrade, you will be prompted to receive a verification code. This code is designed for one-time use and is different from the password used to access your account. You can choose to receive the access code via text, automated telephone message, or email.

If you ask the system to remember your computer or mobile device, you can bypass this security measure the next time you log in. However, you will need to enter a new verification code for each computer/device you use to access the system.

In addition to the security upgrade, PC Access will undergo slight look and feel changes, mainly concerning the location of links. An upgraded Bill Payer will also be launched.

Please Note: Following the upgrade, the minimum browser requirements will be Microsoft Internet
Explorer 8, Mozilla Firefox 1, Google Chrome 2, or Apple Safari. Microsoft Internet Explorer 7 is no longer supported, and Microsoft Internet Explorer 11 is not yet fully supported.
