Fraud Alert: Protect your Digital Banking password and One-Time Passcodes. Beware of Financial Institution Impersonation Fraud.

The financial services industry has seen an ongoing trend of fraudsters impersonating financial institutions and contacting consumers to obtain confidential information that will allow the fraudsters to access consumer accounts online. Your Digital Banking password, as well as any One-Time Passcodes you receive, are important tools for protecting online access to your membership.

Please always remember that no employee of the Credit Union will ever ask you to disclose your Digital Banking login password, for any reason.

One-Time Passcodes may be used online to authenticate your identity when you log into Digital Banking or when you conduct certain transactions online. The Credit Union also uses One-Time Passcodes to verify your identity over the phone when you call us directly, or if we call you in response to a wire transfer transaction you initiated online. You should only share a One-Time Passcode with a Credit Union employee in those circumstances. Otherwise, One-Time Passcodes should be kept strictly confidential, even if someone who says they are a Credit Union employee asks you to provide it.

If you receive a One-Time Passcode from the Credit Union via text, email, or voice call, and you are not aware of what activity may have triggered you to receive it, please call us right away at 800-232-8101 or send us a Secure Email via Digital Banking.

Please carefully review the message that accompanies any One-Time Passcodes you may receive from the Credit Union. Any One-Time Passcode that comes to you with a message reminding you not to share the passcode with anyone who asks should be kept strictly confidential, even if someone who says they are a Credit Union employee asks you to provide it.  The Credit Union will only ask for your One-Time Passcode if you call our call center number or to authenticate a wire transfer you initiated online.

If you are ever contacted through any channel by someone who says they are a Credit Union employee, and you have any concerns about the interaction or about any information being requested from you, please end the interaction and call us right away at 800-232-8101 or send us a Secure Email via Digital Banking.

If you believe that someone may have gained access to your Digital Banking login credentials (username and/or password), or if you believe you have been asked for or provided a One-Time Passcode outside of the contexts noted above, please change your password and call us right away at 800-232-8101 or send us a Secure Email via Digital Banking.
