Technical Setup:

  • Zoom Ready: We conduct most of our interviews using Zoom. Make sure you have downloaded the app and familiarize yourself with its features. Your recruiter will provide you with all the necessary meeting details.
  • Quiet Space: Find a quiet, well-lit space where you won't be disturbed. This helps in maintaining focus and ensures a clear conversation.

Be Prepared:

If your initial phone screen with the recruiter goes well, you will receive an online assessment via email. The assessment is a three part assessment looking at the following sections:

  • Cognitive Ability - to challenge your problem-solving abilities
  • Motivation - to get a sense of how much the role will interest you
  • Personality - to see how much you’ll enjoy the job itself

On average, it takes 45-60 minutes to complete. At the end, we’ll have a better idea about your strengths, motivation, and how you approach work.
