Below is information regarding CFCU and how the conversion of CTECU accounts onto CFCU’s systems will affect you. With your cooperation, we aim to make this transition simple and seamless.

Online and Mobile Banking

Q. Can I still use CTECU’s Digital Banking?

A. Yes. Please continue to use CTECU’s Online and Mobile Banking until it is taken down on the afternoon of June 29.

Q. When can I start using CFCU’s Digital Banking?

A. You can sign up for CFCU’s Online and Mobile Banking once conversion activities are completed on July 1.

Q. How do I sign up for CFCU’s Digital Banking?

A. After the merger, follow these instructions to set up your Username and Password. The Username and Password you set up will be used to access both Online Banking and the Mobile Banking app.

Option 1: Online Banking
  • Click the Log In button in the top right corner of our webpages
  • On the Login/Enroll page, click the Enroll Now link
  • Complete the information requested

Option 2: Mobile Banking
  • Download the app
  • On the Login/Enroll screen, tap on Enroll Now
  • Complete the information requested

Q. I have memberships at both CFCU and CTECU. Will I need to set up CFCU Digital Banking again?

A. No. CFCU Digital Banking records will not be affected by the merger and CTECU membership records will automatically be added to Digital Banking.

Q. Will I be able to get my CFCU account statements electronically after the merger?

A. Yes. To enroll in eStatements, log in to CFCU’s Online Banking and click on “View eStatements” in the Quick Links box. 

Another option is to open the Mobile Banking app, tap on the menu icon in the top right corner, and scroll down to “eStatements” under Finance Management.

Once you sign up, you will receive an email when your monthly statements are available for viewing in Digital Banking.

Q. Will I be able to see past CTECU electronic statements in CFCU’s Digital Banking?

A. We are working to bring over past CTECU electronic statements into our systems, but we do not have a definite date for when they will be available. You may want to download or print out your past statements from your current online banking system prior to the merger.

Q. Will I be able to see past CTECU check images in CFCU’s Digital Banking?

A. No. We suggest that you download or print out past check images from your current online banking system prior to the merger.

Q. Will I have to find and re-enter my electronic bill pay information after June 30?

A. Yes. Once you have logged into CFCU’s Digital Banking, select Pay/Transfer, then Bill Pay. Select the desired membership and Add Biller.
