  1. The HomeAdvantage program is made available to you through a relationship between Chevron Federal Credit Union and CU Realty Services. Program cash-back benefits are awarded by CU Realty Services to buyers and sellers who select and use a real estate agent in the HomeAdvantage network of approved realtors. Home buyers or sellers are not eligible for the cash-back benefit if they use an agent outside this network. Using your credit union for a mortgage is not a requirement to earn a cash-back benefit. Cash-back benefit amounts are dependent on the commissions paid to the agent. Chevron FCU may have specific rules on how your cash-back benefit will be paid out. Cash-back benefit incentives are available in most states; however, are void where prohibited by law or by the lender.
  2. Average cash-back benefit is based on 2019 total cash-back benefits paid. Your actual cash-back benefit may vary, where permitted. See chart to estimate your savings. Cash-back benefits are based on total home price, not mortgage.
